I'm an AWAI (American Writers and Artists, Inc.) trained copywriter, having completed both the Accelerated and Masters writing courses. I attended AWAI's Copywriting Bootcamp in October. Four days learning from many of the top copywriters in the nation--Bob Bly, Michael Masterson, and Joe Vitale just to name a few.
And I'm so proud to say my headline and lead for their new "Getting Your First Client" program won the AWAI Bootcamp Spec Challenge!
Some of my past projects include writing online courses for the water utility business, preparing race reports for publication in racing newspapers, and content editing of environmental technical manuals. I've also written web page copy, brochures, magazine and newspaper articles, newsletters, profiles, and business reports. I've prepared a variety of PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
I've also studied under copywriter Monica Day and her Copy Protege mentoring program.
During my many years of employment with local government, I've worked with numerous regulatory agencies, engineers, contractors and vendors. This has given me vast experience in report generation, letter writing, and preparation of various plans and documents.

I have a Bachelors degree in English/Communications and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Florida.
